  • Its no ones business but mine and yours what you buy from us and that's how we will keep it unless they have a court order. Now if you wanted to tell others about our service that's fine, but we wont ever sell or tell anyone about the orders or conversations we may have.


  • Consumer Agreement
  • You agree when you order an item that you really want that item. You agree that if you have any doubts or questions you will have contacted us. We will make every reasonable effort to clarify any questions you may have. We have had a rash of people buying items using them and then trying to return them. So if you have any questions please contact us before you buy. We will not refund on used items. If you have a problem with an item you agree you will contact the manufacture of the item to get it taken care of. If you have not opened the item and it is still new you will need to contact us within 30 days and we will refund your money minus the shipping costs after receiving the item back but remember it must be in new condition. Before returning the item you must contact us for an RMA number, any returned packages without an RMA number will be refused. Oh and dont forget to get tracking on the returned item, that way it protects us both, I cant say I never got it, and you can say for sure you sent it.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • When ordering from us please expect almost all orders to ship within 24hrs with delivery in two to five business days. International orders will be accepted only through PayPal, and will require higher shipping fees to cover extra shipping and tracking. If items are restricted in your area we will not ship them to you.


  • Sales Tax
  • If you order in Alabama and we ship your items to an Alabama address by law we have to charge sales tax. Any one else Not in Alabama we don't charge tax and hopefully Congress will not ever pass an internet tax. But if you live in one of those asinine states that still tax interstate commerce then it up to you to properly report it to your state.

  • Store Hours
  • We operate 11am-5pm Monday-Friday to answer our Phones. Please be aware that we get several hundred e-mails and Phone calls a day. Add in all the gunsmith work we are doing, and we are really busy. We are not trying to ignore you if we don't answer the phone the first time. Most likely I am working on a gun and cant put it down right this second or I am on the phone with someone else. If we get your number on the caller ID I will call you back. Or if you send me your phone number on the contact us form we will contact you back. We have free unlimited long distance so once again we will contact you if we get your phone number.
